version is released within 30 days of your purchase. But you do have to ask
for it.

*Pay as you go support is charged at £49.50 per hour rounded to the nearest 5 minutes,
invoiced in arrears at the end of each month. Minimum charge is 5 minutes.
Pay-as-you-go support covers all sage products including end of life products as
well as general I.T. support. You can save time by opening
an account in advance once you have an account you will get access to the
high priority access telephone number.
**SageCover support is prepaid annual support service. It is the same cost
regardless of how much or how little you use it. Sage cover is not
available for "end-of-life" products.
