The View menu  allows you to see who is logged on (multi user system) and to remove tool bars

 

User List

Clicking on the user list displays a list of all people logged into the system, this is useful when accessing VAT returns, Backup options or any other function that requires exclusive access to the system.

We recommend keeping the Tool bar and Status bar visible.
