Despatching Orders

There are two ways to despatch orders,   will send all the allocated goods and   allows you to select how many of each item will be shipped and to change allocations (you may want to do partial shipment to two customers rather than all to one and none to the other)

To despatch all allocated goods

1.                  Press   there are two further screens that display,

2.                  Click to indicate if you want to print a delivery note

3.                   Click to indicate if you want to create and invoice and update the stock with the movements.

You can amend the qty allocated and the number despatched in the appropriate columns.  This is also a useful quick reference screen to see what has shipped.
