If you are in need of HELP, we offer Internet / telephone support using remote desktop access software. The software will allow you to connect to a support technician, who can then remotely control your machine to identify/fix the problem, we can even show you what to do with operational issues. There is no charge for the software, there is no travelling time so your cost is only £49.95 per hour for the time we spend in 5 minute blocks.

On-Site one-to-one help and assistance, going through the things you want (The ideal solution, gets you going really quickly but expensive) Most Sage resellers can provide this we can only do on-site support if you are near to Bracknell.
